1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Nailcare Academy website and enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or enroll.

2. Enrollment & Access

Upon successful payment, you receive access to your purchased course(s). Access does not expire and your student account remains active indefinitely. Credentials are personal and may not be shared or transferred.

3. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including text, images, audio, video and supplementary resources, are the intellectual property of Nailcare Academy, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any materials without prior written consent.

4. Certification

Certifications are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements, including passing the required examination(s). NCA certifications are professional development credentials — they do not replace state licensing requirements.

5. Refund Policy

Requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 days of enrollment and before completing more than 20% of the course content. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nailcare Academy provides educational content for professional development. We are not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on course content. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the course in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collier County, Florida.
